    Tony is the independent chair of Community 1st Sheffield. He has worked in a variety of local government roles from 1969 until October 2004 and subsequently supported various national and local government strategic reviews as a government adviser with a focus on public health and social care.

    Neil is the General Manager and Director of Community 1st Sheffield and also represents the private sector partner, Equity Solutions & Partners. Neil is responsible for the overall development of Community 1st Sheffield and the delivery of its business plan within an agreed framework, ensuring completion of individual schemes. Prior to his current roles with Community 1st / Equity Solutions he held the Deputy Director of Finance position with Sheffield Health Authority followed by Deputy Chief Executive and Executive Director with South East Sheffield Primary Care Trust.
