C1S LIFT Projects
To date, around £12.1 million has been invested in health, wellbeing and support services infrastructure through the Sheffield LIFT programme, with five schemes now completed.
These schemes will enable NHS Sheffield to deliver more community-based services.
Up to £75 million further investment is proposed, with five more schemes currently under development or consideration.
