C1S LIFT Projects
To date around £12 million has been invested in health and support services infrastructure through the LIFT programme, with up to a further £36 million of investment currently proposed for the development of new health, wellbeing and community facilities at various locations across the City over the next few years.
Plans to develop these new schemes around Sheffield are progressing well and when in place will support the Primary Care Trust in delivering more community-based services in line with Sheffield PCT’s strategic plan ‘Achieving Balanced Health’.
