C1S Services
- We facilitate and provide accommodation and estate related services for all our public sector partners
- We will be responsible for maintaining the property over the term of the lease and delivering Lease Plus services
- We can provide a range of other property and financial services to support our partners' objectives
- We can provide strategic and business planning expertise to our partners, delivering service and business case documents to support and facilitate strategic decision making and authorisation.
LIFT is a long term partnership, which will deliver a range of products and services over a 25 year period.
C1S can work with local authorities, health authorities, primary care trusts and other stakeholders in the local health and social economy (e.g. GPs, dentists, voluntary sector bodies, mental, ambulance trust et al) to deliver property related investment, services and facilities over the 25 years.
Since its formation in October 2005, C1S has embarked on a programme of estate renewal for the Primary Care Trust and the other participants involved in the partnership.
These projects evidence the capabilities of LIFT to respond quickly and efficiently to the needs of its public sector partners. Projects have demonstrated value for money and have compared very strongly against national LIFT cost benchmarks.
This volume of work has established a vibrant partnership. This presents an opportunity for all public sector partners to benefit from the efficiencies and effectiveness of the LIFT procurement model.
